Casa Negret was born from the desire to create a place where you can eat well, breathe in the tranquillity and experience the most authentic side of Ibiza. There is no rush here. Just honest food.
Our cuisine brings a contemporary touch to the farm-to-table concept, with relaxed, flavourful dishes and a strong focus on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
